SHOWMAN Group (SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED) is a producer of theatre shows and other productions and uses this website and it’s infrastructure (utilised Shopify, ClickFunnels, Stripe and other third party providers) to sell and distribute tickets to events and marketing.

By using or visiting this website, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the website. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website. If you violate these Terms, SHOWMAN Group may terminate your use of the website, bar you from future use of the website and / or take appropriate legal action against you.

1. WHO WE ARE
1.1 SHOWMAN Group is a production company that produces, non-exclusively, theatre shows and other live events. This website is not in partnership nor explicitly affiliated with any of the venues mentioned - but instead operates as an intermediary between the consumer (you) and the venue. All transactions, interactions and processing through this website are done so with the intention of abiding strictly to UK law, including but not limited to General Data Protection Regulations. By purchasing tickets on this website you are giving your explicit consent for SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED to pass your details to the respective venues in order to process tickets, should this be required. 
1.2 Your data is kept securely, is encrypted and will never be used for marketing purposed outside any mailing list you explicitly join while using this website. Your data will never be sold to third parties or used for any purpose outside the scope of this website or SHOWMAN Group.

2. PERMITTED USES OF THE SITE
2.1 The content of this website is the property of SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED and is protected by UK and International copyright laws. We post the relevant legal notices and credits on this website. You are not permitted to remove any such notices or credit, or any additional information presented in respect of copyright.
2.2 Offline ConductAlthough SHOWMAN Group cannot monitor the conduct of users off the website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this website in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any site user without their prior explicit consent.
SHOWMAN Group also retains the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, or tickets and/or access to events, if conduct of a ticket holder leads to damage to reputation by association of either SHOWMAN Group, SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED or James Phelan.
2.3 Access and InterferenceYou agree that you will not use a robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained therein or for any other authorised purpose, without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not access, reload or "refresh" transactional event or ticketing pages, or make any other request to transactional servers, more than once during any three second interval.lf of an Event Organiser.
2.4 Unauthorised Use of the SiteIllegal and / or unauthorised use of the site, including, but not limited to, mass purchasing of tickets by so-called ‘ticket touts’ or third party agents, and copyright infringement by individuals or organisations without prior written consent; unauthorised framing of or linking to the site, or unauthorised use of any robot, spider or other automated devices on the Site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.
2.5 Violation of the TermsYou understand and agree that in SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED’s sole discretion, and without prior notice, SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED may terminate your access to the website, cancel ticket orders or exercise any other remedy available, if SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED believes that your conduct, or the user content you provide, violates or is inconsistent with these Terms, or violates the law or the rights of SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED, a client or affiliate of SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED or another user of the website. You agree that monetary damages may not provide sufficient remedy to SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED for violations of these Terms and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms or any of SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED’s rights.

3. DELIVERY OF TICKETS
Tickets to any event sold through this website, including associated ‘up-sells’, ‘down-sells’, ‘add-ons’ or associated purchases will be delivered either through email, or care of the Venue’s box office where an email notification will be sent to the purchaser. You agree that you maintain access to your email in order to receive tickets. You agree to ‘whitelist’ or ‘add to contacts’ the email address james@greatestmagician.co.uk and james@showmangroup.com in order to ensure timely receipt of these emails. Emails being caught in SPAM filters or otherwise not delivered will not act as a suitable enough justification for a refund of tickets or other purchases. If you tickets or confirmations are not received it is your (the purchaser)’s responsibility to get in touch with SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED to resolve.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including but not limited to email address, when purchasing tickets and any tickets not received as a result of inaccurate input of information by the purchaser will not warrant a refund.

Should you make use of the SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED referral scheme, namely, where others purchase tickets and name you as a referral, it is your responsibility to give the new purchaser relevant permissions to do so. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED will assume the permission to process your data as a result in compliance with all relevant legislation.

4. PAYMENT PROCESSING4.1 Overview:
All payments are processed through a Stripe payment gateway - please refer to Stripe, ClickFunnels, Apple Pay, and Android / Google Pay’s terms of service for more information.
SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED does not process any payments or financial details directly but uses Shopify, Stripe and ClickFunnels as intermediaries. 

5. COPYRIGHT POLICY
Content on this website should be used and view in compliance with Copyright law in the UK. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED is registered in England and Wales.

6. WHO YOU ARE BUYING FROM
This website is operated by SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED, the producer of the show. You are purchasing tickets from SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED who will then independently liaise with venues, either implicitly or explicitly to organise your tickets and to have them delivered to you. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED may purchase tickets from venue son your behalf at a different price point than on this website.This website facilitates the transaction between you (the purchaser) and the venue in order to deliver effective advertising. Prices of ticket bought directly from venues will vary from what is available through this website.

7. EVENT INFORMATION
All details of Events including, but not limited to, performance times, and venue will be confirmed via email and may change between time of purchasing tickets and the event taking place.

8. CURRENCY
Payment for tickets sold through SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED are in British Pounds.

9. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Order confirmation will take the form of an email to the email address you entered at purchase. You will receive a confirmation of booking for all tickets purchased but may not receive confirmations for further purchases.

If you do not receive a confirmation (in the form of an email) after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with our SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED whether or not the order has been completed, as only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.Any ticket-holder unable to present confirmation of purchase in the form of a print out of the email (or web page equivalent) and valid identification indicating they are the individual named on the confirmation may not be admitted to the event, and will not receive a refund.

10. DISPATCH OF TICKETS
Tickets may be issued in three different formats:
Etickets (emailed to you directly once manually processed by SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED following the successful purchase of tickets and that you will need to present at the venue);Traditional tickets (sent to you by post (time permitting) prior to the event).Traditional tickets (collected from the box office on the day of event). For any purchaser will further purchases, including but not limited to Theatrical Programmes, this will likely be the method of delivery.



11.  COVID-19 / ILLNESS PROTECTION
SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED offers optional a guaranteed refund if you are unable to attend events due to illness or isolation. This is an optional additional purchase and refunds may not be given in these circumstances without this offer being accepted by the purchaser.


12.  EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Before placing a booking, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the Event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the Event are significantly changed after a booking is placed (significant changes being a change of venue or show time).In instances where tickets are refunded, further purchases that are still able to be delivered by SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED, including but not limited to T-Shirts and theatrical programmes, will not be refunded.No refunds will be given unless SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED or the venue is at fault.

13. UNLAWFUL RESALE OF TICKETS
The unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.

14. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE VENUE
All tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions of the respective (and selected) venue.It is your responsibility to comply with any age restrictions which apply to the event or the venue where the event is being held.

15. QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS
You are able to contact us to resolve any issues through the contact section of this website or by replying to your ticket confirmation email.

16. YOUR PRIVACY
We believe that the privacy of all our Users is important, but we place particular emphasis on the privacy of our ticket buying Customers.
15. DISCLAIMERThe site and its content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including also any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED does not promise that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will provide specific results from use of the site or any content, search or link on it.
SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED cannot ensure that files you download from the site will be free of viruses or contamination or destructive features.
SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental and punitive and consequential damage. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED makes no guarantee of any specific result from use of this site or purchase of the SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED service.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the website is fully operational at all times, on those occasions when there are interruptions to service due to essential maintenance, system upgrades, internet service interruptions or any other factors beyond our control, SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or business opportunities, even if SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

18. REFERRAL SCHEME
The referral scheme provides a cash incentive to ticket purchasers to introduce new users to SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED or the shows and acts produced by them. SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED will pay the referring customer a discretionary percentage of the listed ticket price, net of any VAT if applicable, once a sale is completed and processed. If a ticket is refunded or an event is cancelled, no referral payment will be applicable. If such payment has already been made, we reserve the right to process a payment through Stripe to recover the referral fee. The referral payment will be made to the referring customer through the card or payment method they used when they purchased their original tickets.Ticket-holders cannot self-refer (i.e. purchase further tickets themselves and claim financial renumeration). SHOWMAN LIVE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel a referral and respective monies upon their discretion and under any circumstances.
It is the referring ticket holders responsibility to ensure referred customers enter the correct referral information at checkout. If referral information is entered incorrectly or is incomplete, no monies will be paid.

19.1 This website intends to comply with all relevant data, or otherwise, legislation..


20. FURTHER NOTES
20.1 If any aspect of this terms of business are deemed inappropriate, unenforceable or incorrect by a Court, it does not void the remainder of this agreement. 
20.2 By entering any data on this website, you are explicitly agreeing to the above terms and their sentiment.
